As is well known, 2012 was a dismal year for many companies, as factors such as a decrease in order volume and difficulties in recruiting personnel led to many companies operating at a loss or going bankrupt. In such a harsh economic environment, may I know the specific situation of your company this year? Please provide a brief summary of your company's development this year, Mr. Zhang.
Mr. Zhang: Although the economic environment this year has been worse than in previous years, Yuan Chen's orders have never been interrupted. Many times, it's just this order that hasn't been completed yet, and the next order comes back. However, compared to previous years, the number of orders has indeed decreased slightly, but the impact on the company is not significant. I am still optimistic about the development prospects of the industry. This can be seen from the relocation and upgrading of our company's factory that if the order situation is not good, we dare not relocate and expand the factory.
As for personnel recruitment, the current senior management of the company are mostly senior technical managers who have been with me for more than ten years. Newly hired employees are carefully screened and are relatively easy to recruit, so the company's personnel are relatively stable.
Reporter: A company can still stand firm in a harsh economic environment, not only because of its powerful production factories and stable staff, but also because of the upgrading of old products and the launch of new products. What adjustments has Yuan Chen made in this regard?
Mr. Zhang: The company has been engaged in the operation of oxide stereoscopic production lines since 1997 and has 15 years of experience. We have developed horizontal and vertical oxide stereoscopic production lines to supply various production enterprises. Our independently developed and operated stereoscopic automatic warehouse is highly favored by cooperative enterprises.
As one of the well-known domestic enterprises, Yuanchen has always put personnel training and technology research and development as the top priority. It organizes internal personnel to study abroad all year round and experience the advanced technology of foreign peers. In addition, the company has established its own development and research team to conduct technical research and development while maintaining contact with customers. Through customer feedback on product trials, the team continuously improves and adapts to changes in current processes to make these machines more user-friendly.

Mr. Zhang: Yuan Chen's customers are global in scope and do not have a specific customer group. Our product development market is also not limited by region, and it basically depends on the development ability of our sales personnel. We are willing to serve them wherever they receive orders.
Reporter: So, developing markets without regional restrictions makes Yuanchen's customer base more comprehensive and challenging. Do you have any plans or expectations for the company's development next year, Mr. Zhang?
Mr. Zhang: Through this conference exhibition, our company has discovered many potential customers and is currently in deep negotiations for cooperation. In addition, due to the good reputation of our products in the industry, coupled with brand advantages, most large aluminum enterprises are willing to choose to cooperate with our company. Therefore, from the current development of the company, I am full of confidence in its future.
